Meredith Heinzel, Illinois' Junior Miss 2003 — Awarded $7,000 in College Scholarships
Meredith Heinzel, a Joliet West High School senior, was awarded, as Illinois' Junior Miss 2003, $7,000 in cash scholarships. In June, she will compete in the America's Junior Miss Program, where over $200,000 in college scholarships will be awarded.

The contest is open to young women who are outstanding high school seniors, U.S. citizens, and are legal residents of the county and state where they wish to compete.
